TJS, Inc. offers a variety of laser marking software solutions for the end-user. Incorporating decades of experience, ProLase products are the brains for more than 1200 industrial laser marking systems located all over the world. We support most available galvanometric servo interfaces including analog and digital. ProLase products are designed to work as retro-fit or original components on most galvanometric laser marking systems.

ProLase for Window's 95/98 is our most popular product. This high-end laser marking software product is richly featured, loaded with advanced capabilities like importation of 25 vector and 12 raster file formats, 26 finely tunable bar code formats including ID Matrix 2-D codes, precise vector hatch fill generation for graphics and True Type Fonts, Password protection, Tool path optimizer (optimizes vector sequence and eliminates unnessesary moves to insure the fastest mark) and a large variety of user configurable drivers for most laser/galvo hardware, to name just a few. Hardware drivers include off the shelf analog (ISA or PCI), and several digital interfaces.

ProLase Plus includes the same advanced feature set as ProLase for Window's 95/98 plus the addition of 4 external axis control. This control permits marking around cylinders, and over areas larger than the laser lens field. ProLase Plus can be integrated with most motion systems including stepper motor or servo motor controls.

ProLase RTC2 is a Window's NT laser marking software package that uses the SCANLAB RTC2 controller board for galvo and laser control. This hardware/software combination can be used with most General Scanning and SCANLAB marking heads. ProLase RTC2 ToolKit is also available. Please check out our free DEMO (SETUPEX.EXE) , it is fully functional except for actual marking, and includes a built in marker simulator. Besides being a demo, this package can be used after the sale as an off line editor and training system. It allows operators to be trained without tieing up a laser marking system.
